摘要 <p>An abrasion-resistant low alloy cast steel is provided. When a cast steel component having a wall thickness of more than 1 inch is used to obtain a high hardness including a core, even if SCNCrM2 is used, the hardenability is insufficient, so that the hardness of the core is reduced to lower than 45 HRC. Besides, the quenching process is configured to be water quenching for obtain the high hardness including the core, so that the danger of quenching cracks is increased. The abrasion-resistant low alloy cast steel comprises, by mass, 0.30-0.35% of C, 0.30-0.60% of Si, 0.90-1.50% of Mn, 0.91-1.50% of Cr, 1.60-1.90% of Ni, 0.20-0.30% of Mo, 0.05% or less of P, 0.05% or less of S, the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, and is subjected to the heat process including the following steps: a homogenizing step of heating and maintaining the temperature at 1000-1100 DEG C and performing furnace cooling, a quenching step of heating and maintaining the temperature at 850-950 DEG C and performing water quenching, and a tempering step of heating and maintaining the temperature at 150-280 DEG C and performing furnace cooling to the room temperature.</p>
