<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moist brown rice flour, brown rice flour suspension liquid, and their non-heated processed food which have good appearance and texture, taste good, and eaten healthfully. <P>SOLUTION: The moist brown rice flour is obtained by soaking raw brown rice, draining the brown rice to be left to stand under a temperature of 18°C to 38°C to promote sprouting into a pigeon breast shape immediately before sprouting, and directly crushing the brown rice. The wet rice brown flour is mixed with at least one viscous material selected from a dried fruit, raw fruit, raw vegetable, seed, vegetable oil, and syrup, while controlling the temperature not exceeding 48°C, and formed into a predetermined shape at a room temperature without heating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
