<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component with high reliability by densification of an intermediate layer portion. <P>SOLUTION: A ceramic capacitor 101 comprises: an electrode laminated portion 107 which is formed by laminating a plurality of ceramic dielectric layers 105 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 141 and 142; a cover layer portion 108 which is provided to cover an outer face of the electrode laminated portion 107; an intermediate layer portion 109 which is provided at a position in the middle of lamination of the electrode laminated portion 107; and a plurality of inter-capacitor via conductors 131 and 132 which extend in a lamination direction of the electrode laminated portion 107 and are connected to the plurality of internal electrode layers 141 and 142. The intermediate layer portion 109 is made of a material containing metal particles 154, which have a particle diameter equal to or smaller than 1/10 of the thickness of the intermediate layer portion 109, mixed at a ratio of 1 vol.% to 30 vol.% to ceramic particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
