PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a pattern of a pair of speech data having correspondence to be extracted.SOLUTION: A speech pair extraction unit 22 extracts each of a speech pair from conversation data. A word pattern acquisition unit 23 acquires a word pattern which is a pair of: a word string representing speech data uttered first out of the speech pair; and a word string representing speech data uttered later. An abstraction pattern acquisition unit 24 acquires an abstraction pattern which is a pair of: a character string including the semantic information of the speech data uttered first out of the speech pair; and a word string representing the speech data uttered later. A pattern registration unit 25 outputs a word pattern and an abstraction pattern whose frequency of appearances is equal to or greater than a threshold.
