摘要 The present invention relates to a small tube facilitating genomic DNA extraction from muscles, tissues, etc. of a death human or animal. More specifically, provided is a technique facilitating nucleic acid extraction by forming a protruding side box ladder on a wall surface of a disposable small tube to be conventionally used, thus increasing the surface area of a tissue in the lysis of the tissue. To this end, in the invention, a special small tube has been contrived with a protruding ladder on the wall surface to enable a gDNA extraction to start immediately without the process of chopping. Figures 3 and 4 show the images of a small tube that facilitates the extraction of a nucleic acid from a tissues. The process of extraction in the invention comprises the steps of: 1) placing a needle with desired capacity on a disposable syringe (A. 30 mg, B. 50 mg, C. 100 mg); 2) collecting a tissue sample as much as the capacity of the needle by placing the needle into a tissue; and 3) moving the tissue sample to the specially-designed novel small tube after finishing collecting the tissue sample.
