PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform arrangement in a field of blood collection, and to drastically enhance blood transfusion efficiency of blood preparations using blood as raw material by readily and easily lowering a temperature of the blood just after the blood collection to a prescribed temperature.SOLUTION: This cooling device for blood includes: a cubic outer case 1 storing equipment thereinside; a cooling plate 2 provided above the outer case 1, and formed by layering an upper cooling plate 2a made of an aluminum thin plate and a lower cooling plate 2b made of an aluminum thick plate; and a cooling type Peltier unit 10 including thermo modules 10a, heat sinks 10b, and heat exhausting fans 10c, and a controller part 13 disposed below the cooling plate 2. The temperature of the blood just after the blood collection placed on the cooling plate 2 is lowered to a set temperature within a short time. |
