<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior film which suppresses displacement of an electrode element due to vibration or impact and has high liquid tightness. <P>SOLUTION: A battery 10 includes an electrode element 20 and an exterior film 12 housing the electrode element 20. The electrode element 20 includes a plurality of electrode sheets 21, 22 laminated with each other and a separator 23 arranged between the electrode sheets 21, 22. The exterior film 12 is formed by thermally welding an outer peripheral part of a thermoplastic resin layer disposed to oppose each other. Protruding parts 24a to 24h protruding from the electrode sheets 21, 22 laminated to each other to be welded to the resin layer of the exterior film 12 are formed on at least two of a plurality of separators 23.
