The present invention relates to a composition for choco clay and a method for preparing choco clay using same, wherein the composition for choco clay comprises: 5 to 10 wt% of starch, 5 to 10 wt% of sugar, 10 to 20 wt% of water, 20 to 30 wt% of starch syrup composed of 40 to 50 wt% of dextrin and 50 to 60 wt% of D-glucose, and 50 to 70 wt% of chocolate. According to the present invention, the composition for choco clay is harmless to a human body; moreover, allows to eat chocolate containing useful ingredients to a human body; can be used as decoration of various food products with superior taste and texture; can generate various colors; can be used as clay material which can be molded by infants and children; and contains a high sugar content without separate food preservatives and thus extends conservation and can be stored and distributed for a long time. |
