[Object] It is an object to provide an outdoor unit for an air-conditioning device that prevents water vapor adhered on a bell mouth from freezing. [Solution] An outdoor unit includes a housing 50 having a front and side panel 50a in which an opening 50a1 is formed, a fan 22 disposed in an air-sending device chamber 20 formed inside the housing 50, an outdoor heat exchanger 21 disposed in the air-sending device chamber 20, a bell mouth 27 which is disposed in the air-sending device chamber 20 and extends backwards from the periphery of the opening 50a1, and a heater 30 which is disposed in the air-sending device chamber 20 in which the bell mouth 27 is disposed, and extends in the up and down direction.
