The present invention relates to a multistage lifting apparatus and a movable stage using the same, and more specifically, to a multistage lifting apparatus and a movable stage using the same which move vertically through a linked operation of lift chains and lift pulleys and include a plurality of frames forming a telescopic structure to be sturdy and stable. The multistage lifting apparatus according an embodiment of the present invention comprises a plurality of frames connected by one or more lift chains to form a telescopic structure, and further comprises: a support frame installed and fixed on a base frame to support other frames; a plurality of hydraulic cylinders disposed on two facing sides of the support frame and fixed on the base frame; a main lift frame wherein rods of the hydraulic cylinders are mounted on both sides thereof to move vertically according to an extension and a contraction of the rods while a portion thereof is inside the support frame through an opening formed on an upper portion of the support frame; and at least one sub-lift frame to move vertically from an upper portion of the main lift frame by the lift chains according to a lift operation of the main lift frame.
