<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric pump unit that controls an oil pressure without adding a hydraulic pump. <P>SOLUTION: The electric pump unit 1 includes: a pump 3 which inhales and discharges oil; an electric motor 4 for pump driving; and a motor control device 5 which has a drive circuit for PWM-driving the electric motor 4 on the basis of the oil pressure.
