摘要 The present invention relates to a glow plug control method for a diesel hybrid vehicle. A main object of the present invention is to provide a glow plug control method suitable for a diesel hybrid vehicle that uses an electric motor and a diesel engine as a driving source and turns the engine on and off frequently while driving the vehicle and the electric motor. To achieve the object, the present invention provides the glow plug control method for a diesel hybrid vehicle, comprising: a step of determining a glow plug operating time based on a coolant temperature while driving in an EV mode in which an electric motor drives a hybrid vehicle having a diesel engine and the electric motor as a driving source; a step of determining whether preheating inside engine cylinders is needed from the coolant temperature; a step of determining a glow operation time and a glow operation reference power corresponding to a starting reference power if a driver request power is less than or equal to the starting reference power; a step of operating the glow plug in advance if the glow operation reference power is smaller than the driver request power after comparing the two; and a step of starting the engine if the driver request power exceeds the starting reference power.
