According to one embodiment of the present invention, the silicon oxynitride phosphor is a silicon oxynitride phosphor comprising a compound represented by the following chemical formula 1, which emits light on being irradiated by means of a light source. Chemical formula 1: Sr2−zSi(O1−xNx)4:zEu2+, where 0<x<1 and 0<z≦0.4.
