PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the communication by a set contracted communication line.SOLUTION: In a portable terminal 100 that is an object of set contract combining the communication using a PHS line by first subscriber information (PSH numbering), and the communication using a 3G line by second subscriber information (3G numbering), the first subscriber information is stored in fixed storage means where exchange by a user is impossible, and at least a part of the second subscriber information by set contract is stored in fixed storage means as the confirmation information (3G numbering). If the confirmation information of a mounting storage means (SIM card) mounted on mount/demount means does not match the confirmation information stored in the fixed storage means, communication by second communication means is disabled.
