According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for cutting poultry comprises: a tray unit provided with a mounting element to mount a poultry; a conveyor unit to which the tray unit is fixated and which can convey the tray unit; a first cutting unit arranged on the conveyor unit and provided with a blade cutting longitudinally the poultry; and a second cutting unit spaced apart from the first cutting unit and arranged outside the conveyor unit, wherein the second cutting unit may be provided with a blade that can cut the poultry in the transverse direction. |
