<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical agent supplying device which inhibits unsuitable supply of a chemical agent to a circulation water system in the case of failure of flow rate detecting means or blow down means.SOLUTION: In a chemical agent supplying device 300, in the case of detection of the failure of flow rate detecting means 135 and/or in the case of detection of the failure of blow down means 136 and 153, chemical agent supplying means 330 performs the process of supplying a chemical agent such that a chemical agent supply control section 311 allows a chemical agent W3 to be supplied to a circulation water system 120 and L110 based on a predetermined first chemical agent input time and predetermined input intervals, and/or a chemical agent W3 to be supplied to a circulation water system 120 and L110 over a predetermined second chemical agent input time after execution of a blow down process, instead of supplying the chemical agent with an input amount proportional to the detected amount of water to the circulation water system 120 and L110.</p> |
