<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an off-set printing device, capable of reducing the shape deterioration of a printing pattern caused by static electrification of a blanket.SOLUTION: The blanket for off-set printing is used in an ink pattern forming device which forms a fine pattern of ink on a substrate. A wire-shaped conductive substance is added to the blanket so as to impart conductivity to the blanket. In addition, static elimination of the blanket is performed through a metal cylinder connected to the earth. The occurrence of foreign matters and voids in a printing pattern caused by static electrification of a blanket can be thereby prevented.</p> |
