The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for a continuous winding amorphous material. The continuous winding device comprises: a cooling roll which quenches molten steel inserted from tundish, and converts it to the amorphous material; a knife part placed closely to the cooling roll, which exfoliates the amorphous material unrolled from the cooling roll in regular thickness; a pair of supporting part with hydraulic chuck, which travels back and forth from the cooling roll; a removable bobbin on a hydraulic chuck, which winds the exfoliated amorphous material; a guide part placed nearby by the knife part, toward the bobbin, which is to guide an edge made of the exfoliated amorphous material to the bobbin; and an inlet part with an inlet tube integrated with one end of the bobbin, which travels back and forth to a right angle to a moving direction of the supporting parts. The present invention can continuously wrap a new bobbin while it collects and changes one bobbin from one pair of the bobbin in order, by continuously wrapping the new bobbin; thereby a continuous wrapping of the amorphous material can be achieved by the present invention. |
