<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of failsafe of a clutch device in a device, such as a steering device, which transmits a rotation force.SOLUTION: A clutch device 29 includes: a handle side housing 36; a tire side housing 38; lock bars 40, 41 which are provided at the tire side housing so as to move in a radial direction of the tire side housing and are arranged in a circumferential direction of the tire side housing 38 so as to be separated from each other; a first movement structure 44 which moves the lock bar 40 forward or rearward in a direction toward a lock groove 42; and a second movement structure 45 which moves the lock bar 41 forward or rearward in a direction toward the lock groove 42.</p> |
