PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor and a magnetic sensor device having an islandless structure and capable of being further downsized and thinned, and also to provide a method of manufacturing the magnetic sensor.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor includes: a pellet 10 having electrode parts 13a to 13d; lead terminal 21 to 24 which are arranged around the pellet 10 and has a plating layer; thin metallic wires 31 to 34 which electrically connect the electrode parts 13a to 13d and the plating layer; an insulation layer 40 which covers at least a part of the rear surface of the pellet 10; and a mold resin 50 which covers the pellet 10, the lead terminals 21 to 24 and the thin metallic wires 31 to 34. At least a part of the rear surface of the lead terminals 21 to 24 and at least a part of the insulation layer 40 are exposed from the mold resin 50, respectively.
