PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient communication between a medical service worker and a medicine information provider who can give medicine information required by the medical service worker.SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus 1 includes: a registration unit 121 which registers a plurality of medicine information providers who give medicine information in association with available medicine information types; an acquisition unit 122 which acquires an attribute of a medical service worker from a storage unit 11 which stores medical service workers and attributes of the medical service workers in association with each other; an estimation unit 123 which estimates a range of medicine information required by the medical service worker, on the basis of the attribute of the medical service worker acquired by the acquisition unit 122; an extraction unit 124 which extracts a medicine information provider who can give medicine information included in the range of medicine information estimated by the estimation unit 123, from the medicine information providers registered by the registration unit 121; and a communication control unit 125 which starts communication between a terminal 2 of the provider extracted by the extraction unit 124 and a medical service worker terminal 3. |
