<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate weld lines and shrinkage from the surface of a resin molding and facilitate repair of a nest clogged during mirror surface polishing of a cavity.SOLUTION: A resin molding apparatus 10 includes a first mold 11 for molding a front surface 1a of a resin molding 1 and a second mold 12 for molding a back surface 1b of the resin molding 1 and has a cavity 13 formed between the molds 11 and 12. In a part of the cavity 13 corresponding to a resin meeting part, a vent nest 15 is arranged in the second mold 12. The vent nest 15 is configured so as to be composed of a plurality of nest pieces 16 in mutual contact with one another and be decomposable, and a fine clearance 21 is formed between adjacent nest pieces 16. A gas G remaining in the resin meeting part is discharged from an exhaust passage 22 out of the cabinet through the fine clearance 21.</p> |
