摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation type crystal oscillator that is able to reduce a change in oscillation frequency by reducing a difference between the ambient temperature of an integrated circuit element and the ambient temperature of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A temperature compensation type piezoelectric oscillator comprises: a substrate 110 that is rectangular as viewed from above, and provided with a joint terminal 112 having predetermined thickness at the four corners of the underside of the terminal; a mounting frame body 160 having a joint pad 161 of predetermined thickness provided on the four corners of the upper surface, and provided on the underside of the substrate 110a by joining the joint pad 161 and joint terminal 112; a crystal element 120 mounted on an electrode pad 111 on the upper surface of the substrate 110; an integrated circuit element 150 having a temperature sensor mounted on a connection pad 115 on the underside of the substrate 110; and a lid body 130 air-tightly sealing the crystal element 120. A space part H is provided, which extends from an area surrounded by the mounting frame body 160 on the underside of the substrate 110, through the space between the joint pad 161 and joint terminal 112 joined at two adjacent points, to the external faces of the substrate 110 and mounting frame body 160.</p>
