FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: drum mixer contains a cylindrical casing with trunnion and cover, shaft on which casing is installed, bearing support, drive, rotating frame and mixing device comprising perforated partitions located inside casing along its axis, secured on cover and installed with clearance relatively to the casing walls. The new idea is that the partitions are made intersecting composed, comprising several perforated plates installed at angle to each other.EFFECT: increased quality of mixture due to intensification of the components mixing components upon use of several components mixing zones during mixture movement in the mixer casing, increased mixer capacity.3 dwg |
