FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: torque loading mechanism (1) includes a gear transmission assembly (2) and an actuator assembly (3). The gear transmission assembly (2) comprises an inner part (4) and outer parts (5) and (6). The inner part (4) is fitted by toothed wheels (17) and (18) which, being assembled with each other, have threaded holes for special process screws (66) and (67). The outer parts (5) and (6) comprise toothed wheels (29) and (31) with their membranes (28), (30) and (34) being fitted with holes to locate special process bolts (70) with nuts (71) in them for rigid fixation of the toothed wheels (29) and (31) from rotation in respect to each other in order to perform dynamic balancing. The torque of 20000 N·m at the rotation speed of the input shaft up to 4500 rpm is achieved.EFFECT: low vibration level.3 cl |
