The travelling mechanism is configured as a hydraulic or electric drive relocating the construction frame either smoothly, or intermittently into the vertical position and back. A drive shaft comes into a movable contact to two shaped plates, each of which has holes. Greater sides of the construction frame have plates with holes with the diameter and pitch equal to those of the holes of the shaped plates. A traction unit represents two crossbars. The frame has a hooked rail to interact to the upper fastener. The user's surface represents a single surface, which is provided with two grooves for travelling hooks interacting to the lower fastener.EFFECT: apparatus enables enhancing the operation and ease of use by creating the conditions for the better functional outcome if used in swimming pools with various design features of the margin and various depths alongside with minimising any stress factors.10 cl, 7 dwg
