A pressure tray according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame which defines the appearance of the pressure tray by accepting a plurality of battery cells and pressurizing the swelling battery cells because of a swelling phenomenon; and a plurality of pressurizing jigs which are disposed between the battery cells to compart the inner space of the frame and expand by a gas injection method to pressurize the battery cells. According to the present invention, when pressurizing the battery cell during an activation process, the whole surface of the battery cell can be evenly pressurized. Therefore, each of the battery cells can have a constant thickness and a charge and discharge cell can be coupled with the battery cell at an accurate location since the location of the battery cell doesn′t change during a pressurizing process of the battery cell.
