An embodiment of the present invention may provide a DC-DC converter, wherein a capacitor of the high capacity is controlled until an output voltage has reached a reference voltage which enables to quickly reach to an initial reference voltage, and the capacitor of the low capacity is controlled when the output voltage reaches the reference voltage which enables to reduces the output voltage ripple. The DC-DC converter is provided by comprising: a charge pump on which a plurality of capacitors are included; comparators on which an output signal is generated by comparing the output voltage with the reference voltage of the charge pump; a switch on which a plurality of the capacity of the capacitors are connected to be increased or decreased; a sensor on which a switch is controlled so that a plurality of capacity of capacitors are to be increased during charging of the charge pump by analyzing the output signal of the comparator; a sensor on which the switch is controlled so a plurality of capacity of capacitors are to be decreased when charging of the charge pump is completed.
