The present invention provides a multi-layered ceramic capacitor in which three external electrode are arranged to be separated from each other on one surface of a ceramic body, and at least one of a first to a third lead unit which is enlarged to be exposed through one surface of the ceramic body consists of an incline extension unit in which at least a part of one side is connected with one surface of at least the ceramic body, and the width of the first to the third external electrode is largely formed than the length of the first to the third external electrode.
