The present invention relates to a safe encoding method in a mobile device of a limited resource. The present invention provides a light encoding method required for protecting data, capable of reducing energy consumption and minimizing delay time consumed for processing the data by operating in the mobile device with a weak resource condition. The present invention includes the steps of: performing an encoding process to change a plain text file into an encoded file; moving secret information to a server which an internet service provider provides; storing only the encoded file; inputting a lost mobile device on a blacklist; receiving the secret information; and performing a decoding process to change the encoded file into the plaint text file.
