Disclosed are permeable waterproofing materials of a parking lot, comprising 45-65 wt% of a water soluble permeating agent, 10-20 wt% of a permeation supplemental agent, 5-15 wt% of a diluting agent, 6-20 wt% of a surface film forming agent, 0.5-1 wt% of a stabilizing agent and other additives; and a manufacturing and constructing methods for permeable waterproofing materials of a parking lot.
