The present invention relates to a step lap stacker used for a transformer core stacking operation and, more specifically, relates to a step lap stacker for a yoke comprising: a unit core piling stand which piles up a first yoke core unit, and a second yoke core unit in parallel in a longitudinal direction; a step lap piling stand where a first yoke core and a second yoke core in a step lap unit are piled in parallel in a longitudinal direction by being arranged on the unit core piling stand in parallel; an attaching plate fixedly absorbing the core; and an attaching plate transferring apparatus which transfers the attaching plate between the unit core piling stand and the step lap piling stand.
