摘要 The present invention relates to a radio frequency switch circuit with advanced linearity. The present invention includes: a receiving switch circuit unit which includes first to nth transistors connected in series between a first signal port for receiving and transmitting signals and a common connection node accessed to an antenna port (wherein n is a natural number and greater than two) and operates by a first gate signal; a transmitting switch circuit unit which is connected in series between a second signal port for transmitting and receiving signals and the common connection node and operates by a second gate signal; and a feed-forward circuit unit which includes a first feed-forward switch connected between the common connection node and first transistor gate among the first to nth transistors. The first feed-forward switch becomes off-state by a positive (+) voltage of the source voltage of the common connection node and becomes on-state by a negative voltage of the source voltage to be able to deliver the negative voltage of the source voltage to a gate of the first transistor.
