A solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a photoactive layer formed on the first electrode, having elements of group I and III; and a second electrode formed on the photoactive layer. The first electrode includes a first part and a second part with different resistivity. Values of group I and III of the photoactive layer corresponding to the first part and the second part are different from each other. |
