Disclosed is an apparatus for charging and discharging a secondary battery which can charge and discharge the secondary battery regardless of the size and kind of the secondary battery. The apparatus for charging and discharging a secondary battery according to the present invention comprises: a bottom portion on which a secondary battery is settled; an electrode tab connection part which is connected to the bottom portion and includes a conducting module which is touched and electrically connected with an electrode tab of the secondary battery and a fixing module which remains the connection state between the conducting module and electrode tab. The electrode tab connection part includes a tilting module which can tilt the electrode tab connection part at a certain angle. |
