A light emitting apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a body having a cavity; a plurality of lead frames disposed inside the cavity and coupled to the body; an light emitting chip which is disposed on at least one from the lead frames disposed inside the cavity; a light emitting device which includes a transparent resin layer covering the light emitting chip; a circuit substrate which has a protective layer protecting a plurality of pads under the light emitting device and the pad; an adsorption layer which is disposed around the light emitting device on the protective layer of the circuit substrate; a reflection sheet which has a hole into which the light emitting device is inserted and is disposed around the adsorption layer; and an optical lens which is disposed on the light emitting device. |
