PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, a robot system, an image processing method and an image processing program, capable of performing matching with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: An image processing system comprises: a reception section for receiving an input of an input image being an image acquired by imaging an object; a plurality of processing sections for deriving a relative translation amount and a relative rotation angle at which the input image matches with a reference image, by a plurality of methods different from each other; and an evaluation section for evaluating processing results by the plurality of processing parts to select a processing result by at least one processing part among the plurality of processing parts.
