PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measuring device capable of significantly improving work efficiency when measuring a three-dimensional shape of a measuring target object.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional measuring device 1 comprises: image acquisition means 10 that acquires an X-ray CT image of a measuring target object on three-dimensional coordinate axes; image display means 20 that displays the X-ray CT image of the measuring target object acquired by the image acquisition means 10 together with a virtual probe; operation means 30 that operates the virtual probe; and actual measurement means 40 that actually measures a three-dimensional shape of the measuring target object on three-dimensional coordinate axes by a probe interlocking with movement of the virtual probe. The three-dimensional coordinate axes used in the image acquisition means 10 and the three-dimensional coordinate axes used in the actual measurement means 40 are made to be common.
