<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail facility with reduced material and construction costs, comprising a guide rail in contact with a guide wheel of a track-type vehicle and a plurality of rail supporting materials which support the guide rail. <P>SOLUTION: A first structural specification of a guide rail facility which satisfies predetermined strength conditions is determined under external force conditions for the guide rail facility, and a second structural specification is then determined. In the second structural specification for the region where the natural frequency f<SB POS="POST">2</SB>of a guide rail determined by the first structural specification is higher than the vibration generating frequency f<SB POS="POST">1</SB>of the guide rail determined by the travel speed of a vehicle, the distances "s" between the neighboring rail supporting materials are broadened to (s+a), (s+a),..., respectively, within a range that the natural frequency f<SB POS="POST">2</SB>exceeds the vibration generating frequency f<SB POS="POST">1</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
