<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk structure of a vehicle with improved assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle seat 1 is slidable with respect to a floor 7. A seatback 3 can be inclined forward. A slide board 10 slides on a luggage placement surface 12M along with sliding of the vehicle seat 1. The slide board 10 is connected to a seat bracket 33 via a reinforcement 40. A front board 20 is connected to a front end part 10A of the slide board 10 rotatably around horizontal shaft core O. The front board 20 covers a gap between a lower end part of the seatback 3 and the luggage placement surface 12M. A hook piece 32 is formed at the vehicle-side end of reinforcement 40.
