PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can suppress an image forming unit from being wet even when a tray part of a housing is gotten wet with liquid.SOLUTION: A printer 1 includes a casing main body 59, an image forming unit 4 that is arranged inside the casing main body 59, a sheet ejecting unit 5 that ejects sheets P to the outside of the casing main body 59, a sheet ejection tray 11 that supports the sheets P ejected from the sheet ejecting unit 5 and includes a first tray part 81 and a second tray part 85, and a first path 91 that receives a liquid entered the inside of the casing main body 59. The first path 91 includes a recess 95 that is arranged below a gap C between the first tray part 81 and the second tray part 85 and guides the liquid entering the inside of the casing main body 59 through the gap C, a liquid ejection port 99 for discharging the liquid guided to the recess 95 to the outside of the recess 95, a retention part 98 that is arranged adjacent to the recess 95 to retain the liquid, and a communication groove 100 that communicates the recess 95 with the retention part 98. |
