<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire superior in on-snow performance such as on-snow brake performance, on-snow traction performance and on-snow turning performance. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is formed by partitioning and forming a plurality of blocks by arranging main grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction and lateral grooves extending in the tire width direction in at least a part of a tread of a tread part, and arranging at least one sipe in the block. The block is formed with a first notch groove having one end opening in the lateral groove positioned at one side in the tire circumferential direction of the block and having the other end terminating in the block, a second notch groove having one end opening in the lateral groove positioned at the other side in the tire circumferential direction of the block and having the other end terminating in the block, and a connecting thin groove for connecting the first notch groove and the second notch groove and narrower in a groove width than the first notch groove and the second notch groove. The rigidity of the block increases toward the trailing end side from the opening side of the first notch groove, and increases toward the trailing end side from the opening side of the second notch groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
