A large number of analytes are divided into a plurality of groups on the basis of elution positions obtained from silica-gel column chromatography performed using the same conditions and/or partition coefficients obtained from an acetonitrile-hexane partition, and for each group, a compound obtained by labelling one of the compounds in said group with deuterium and/or carbon-13 is allocated as a surrogate substance. Said surrogate substances are added, as internal-standard substances, to a standard sample for creating calibration curves. GC-MS is then performed to create a database (35) in advance by creating a calibration curve for each analyte. To measure an unknown sample, the same surrogate substances are added to said sample, GC-MS is performed, and an amount determination unit (34) uses the calibration curves, which are read out from the database (35), to determine the amount of each analyte from a peak area ratio obtained from the results of the GC-MS. This makes it possible, while maintaining precision when performing simultaneous multicomponent quantitative analysis, to reduce the number of standard substances that need to be prepared and reduce the work burden on the analyst. |
