<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a solidified body using a dredge soil for a raw material in which handling of a mixture at the time of manufacturing is easy, there is little variation in strength, and to preferably provide a manufacturing method which can manufacture a solidified body with sufficient strength and weight. <P>SOLUTION: A dredge soil having a water content of greater than 190%, an aggregate, and a binder are mixed, and the mixture is solidified by a hydration reaction by the binder to obtain a solidified body.
