(i) an antimicrobial biguanide, monoguanide or a combination thereof; (ii) a quaternary ammonium compound or a mixture of quaternary ammonium compounds; and (iii) a basic compound; wherein the weight ratio of component (i) to component (ii) is in the range of about 1:1.5 to about 1:10; and the weight ratio of component (i) to component (iii) is in the range of about 1:3 to about 1:15. |
