PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference in communication.SOLUTION: A communication system comprises: a plurality of radio base station devices which intercommunicate with the neighboring radio base station devices by different frequency bands; and a central control station device which is connected by wire with the radio base station devices and controls radio communication with the radio base station devices. A first radio base station device comprises a radio communication unit which receives a signal transmitted by using a frequency band at which a neighboring second radio base station device communicates. The central control station device comprises: a transmission determination unit which determines whether the signal received by the radio communication unit of the first radio base station device is transmitted by the second radio base station device; and an adjustment unit which controls radio communication by the second radio base station device on the basis of a determination result by the transmission determination unit.
