<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay communication system whose burden for creating job information is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A center terminal 5 includes a connection job list storing part, and a connection job list managing part. The connection job list storing part stores connection job information. The connection job information specifies a terminal to be connected to which an operator makes connection to perform maintenance work, and can specify that the maintenance work is either a one-time job or any-time job. The connection job list managing part eliminates connection job information from the connection job list storing part in the case that a one-time job is specified by the connection job information when the operator completes maintenance work about the connection job information.
