<p>A continuous type liquid ejection head includes an ejection opening plate formed with ejection openings, from which a pressurized liquid is ejected, and a deforming unit. The ejection opening plate is made of an elastic plate containing a rubber material, at least at portions that are formed with the ejection openings.
