The present invention provides a technology that can perform precision non-destructive inspection of a moving subject. A radiation source (1) radiates radioactive rays toward gratings (G0-G2). Each grating (G0-G2) is provided with a plurality of grating members. A radioactive ray detecting apparatus (3) detects radioactive rays that are diffracted by the plurality of grating members. The plurality of grating members are arranged to have a predetermined phase difference such that there is a mutual phase difference between Moiré pattern images that are respectively formed by the radioactive rays that pass through first to third partial regions (71-73). |
