Disclosed are an NSRM policy providing system capable of providing NSRM policies collectively, a terminal managing server, and a method for providing NSRM policies. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the NSRM policy providing system includes: a business data processing server which checks whether an attribute of a terminal of a user, having subscribed to a mobile communications service, can provide network socket request manager (NSRM) policies; a terminal managing server that stores NSRM information including at least one from international mobile subscriber identity (IMSI) and message reception capability information if the attribute of the terminal of the user is determined by the business data processing server to be capable of providing the NSRM policies; and a user terminal which requests the terminal server to provide the NSRM polices. When an NSRM policy file is changed, the terminal managing server: notifies the user terminal of change of the NSRM policy file after determining a push notification method by which the user terminal is triggered based on the stored NSRM information; and transmits the NSRM policy file to the user terminal to correspond to a NSRM policy request of the user terminal. |
